Andrew Russo got acclimated to the Real Estate industry at a young age, as he worked for his family in their real estate brokerage business assisting in sales, marketing and administrative work while in high school, and during summer vacations in college. Upon graduating Florida State University with a Political Science and Business degree, he then worked in corporate America for Ford Motor Credit in the Commercial Lending division, during which time he earned his Masters of Business Administration from Nova University. Although Russo had great success during his limited time with Ford, his true calling was Real Estate. Throughout his years of work in the real estate industry as a broker/sales associate and developer/principal, Russo has closed over $800 million of real estate. Further, he has successfully developed from land acquisition, through local and state municipal approvals, construction and lease of several apartment complexes, a self storage and a carwash with a market value in excess of $40 million. As the broker and principal of VIP Properties of Distinction, he coordinates day to day operations with his staff, and is one of the top Real Estate professionals in his market. Upon the successful sale and merger of his company with Illustrated Properties, Russo is now committed solely to being the best sales associate in his market, where he leverages his vast experience in real estate brokerage, development, construction, financing, leasing and marketing for the benefit of his clients. Andrew Russo resides in the market he serves, his hometown of Jupiter, Florida. He is the co-chairman of the Public Policy for the Jupiter-Tequesta Association of Realtors, and member of the Advisory Board of Directors for Seacoast National Bank.
Russian born, Milla has strong ties to the European International market. While working full time, she obtained a BA in Organization Management and Marketing from Palm Beach Atlantic University. With her European back ground, she interned & secured a position that she held for 7 years, as a Sales & Marketing Director for the US Division with Econ Design, an International Designer Construction Company located in Düsseldorf, Germany. She held that position for 6 years, and then decided to make Florida her permanent home. Milla pursued her interest and ultimately her passion in Florida – Real Estate; First as a real estate paralegal, where she did well, and then as a sales professional, where she excels. With over a decade of real estate experience, Milla has closed more than 500 real estate transactions, ranging from residential homes, town homes and condominiums priced in the hundreds of thousands, to multi-million dollar transactions. Milla is now one of the top realtors in her market. She is extremely knowledgeable and the ultimate professional, but what separates Milla from other Realtors, is her creative marketing, and staging of her client’s properties. SEPTEMBER 2010 In September 2010, VIP Properties of Distinction merged with Illustrated Properties. VIP Properties of Distinction was founded in 1987 by the Russo family. It was one of the top local independent realty companies in north Palm Beach County and south Martin county, specializing in selling Luxury Homes & Waterfront Properties. VIP Properties had 4 location and over 100 local agents. Illustrated Properties merged with VIP Properties in September 2010. Illustrated is also a family owned company since its foundation in 1975, and like VIP Properties, they have one of the best reputation in south Florida. This merger was a tremendous benefit for our clients for numerous reasons.
